Tug VICTORY/barge JAMES L. KUBER arrived in Erie at around 1115 this morning and docked at the Old Ore Dock to unload stone from Cedarville, Michigan. The unit spent the afternoon unloading and departed at around 1845 this afternoon bound for Calcite, Michigan.
