Transiting the Welland Canal upbound today bound for Erie is the American Wind Symphony Orchestra's self-propelled ampitheater barge POINT COUNTERPOINT II. The vessel stopped in Port Colborne for the night and should transit Lake Erie tomorrow bound for Erie.
