NEAH BAY in Erie
U.S. Coast Guard Cutter NEAH BAY arrived in Erie and anchored in Presque Isle Bay on Thursday morning, before moving to the east side of Dobbin's Landing at 1800 on Thursday. The vessel had been scheduled to move at 1600 but engine problems delayed the NEAH BAY from getting underway.
