FEDERAL POWER EXPECTED

FEDERAL POWER, with general cargo from Antwerp, Belgium, is currently holding off of Port Weller Piers at the northern end of the Welland Canal and should be arriving in Erie sometime tomorrow during the late morning or early afternoon hours. The POWER will be following the AlGOSEA up the Canal and will also meet the downbound KAMINISTIQUA, ALGOMARINE and MARITIME TRADER, which may delay the vessel. I will update when I learn more.
