PRESQUE ISLE DUE

PRESQUE ISLE will be arriving in Erie around 0100 tonight to drop her barge off before the tug heads to drydock at Port Weller, Ontario. If they begin the disconnection process right away, the tug will be outbound by itself sometime in the early to mid-morning hours after sunrise.

JOSEPH H. THOMPSON Due; FARRELL 256, ATLANTIC ENTERPRISE to Depart

JOSEPH H. THOMPSON will arrive in Erie with a load of stone at 1600 this afternoon. This morning, ATLANTIC ENTERPRISE will depart with FARRELL 256 in tow, bound for Port Newark, New Jersey. This will mark the end of a 5.5 year stay in Erie for the FARRELL, which originally arrived in Erie in October, 2011, under tow of ATLANTIC SALVOR. INDIANA HARBOR was moved into drydock on Monday for repairs from a collision with the Conneaut breakwall last week.

DOROTHY ANN/PATHFINDER TO DEPART

DOROTHY ANN and PATHFINDER are expected to depart today around noon for Cleveland to begin her season.

CSL NIAGARA DUE FOR LAYUP

CSL NIAGARA is currently anchored two miles north of Presque Isle and will be inbound at daylight, headed for Donjon Shipbuilding and Repair for winter layup.

This is the first time CSL NIAGARA has laid up in Erie under this name. The last time the vessel spent a winter in Erie was 1994-95, when she was known as J.W. McGIFFIN.

BOOTHE/LAKES CONTENDER DUE FOR LAYUP

KEN BOOTHE SR./LAKES CONTENDER will be docking in Erie at around 0700 Saturday for layup.
