PETITE FORTE in Port; H. LEE WHITE DUE

PETITE FORTE/ST. MARY'S CEMENT arrived in Erie yesterday afternoon at 1500 to wait weather. The duo, on its way to Cleveland with cement from Bowmanville, Ontario, is docked at the Mountfort Terminal.

H. LEE WHITE, laden with stone, is expected in Erie at 1900 this evening.

SAM LAUD, with stone from Calcite, is expected in Erie at 0500 on Thursday.

AMERICAN COURAGE DUE

AMERICAN COURAGE, with stone from Calcite, is expected in Erie at 1830 this evening.

AMERICAN COURAGE, CALUMET Visit

AMERICAN COURAGE arrived in Erie this morning at 0230 and docked at the Mountfort Terminal to unload part of a cargo, before shifting over and finishing at the Old Ore Dock. COURAGE departed at 1000.

CALUMET arrived in Erie this afternoon at 1600, with its hatches overfilled with salt from Fairport Harbor. The CALUMET docked at the Mountfort Terminal to unload.

The first few tons come off the boom. When finished the CALUMET is scheduled for Cleveland to load salt at Cargill.

DREDGING ON PRESQUE ISLE BAY

Dredging work began on July 6 in Erie harbor and is expected to continue through the 15th of August. Below are photos taken on July 13.

MISSISSAGI, with sand from Thessalon for beach replenishment, is expected in Erie at around 1000 on Sunday.

DREDGE EQUIPMENT ARRIVES

Luedtke tugs KRISTA S. and ANN MARIE are currently moored at the Old Ore Dock with dredge equipment anchored in the harbor. Harbor dredging is expected to begin any day.
