CLIPPER LOYALTY TO LEAVE WITHOUT LOADING
At this time a crew from Lakeshore Towing is removing the oil-containment boom around the CLIPPER LOYALTY. The LOYALTY will be departing at around 1700 today without loading biodiesel, due to shoaling in Erie harbor.
It is unknown at this time if or when another tanker may be coming to take this load out of the port.
