Fit Out Begins

The aft-end crew on the PHILIP R. CLARKE has reported to the vessel, and they are beginning to fit out. The CLARKE should be ready to sail in about two weeks.

The PRESQUE ISLE's crew reports to her next week, and she'll sail a week later.
